Plan-Do-Check-Act

Considered by many to be the master of continuous improvement of quality, Dr. W. Edwards Deming created the Deming wheel, also known as the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) Cycle, to define the systematic process used to gain valuable knowledge for the continuous improvement of products, processes and services.
